What are the requirements for the establishment of a limited liability company?
Any natural or legal person can form a GmbH.
Attention: GbR`s and communities of heirs are not legal entities. It is not necessary that the partners have their residence in Germany. The only prerequisite is that the share capital is raised and that the articles of association meet the minimum requirements of the GmbHG.
